An Evening of Cheese & Wine: "Alpine"

On Thursday, 16^th February, Dave Jowett of Paxton & Whitfield will be joining us here at Vinology to host the next in our series of exciting cheese & wine tasting events.  Another new experience for this one, as for this we will be using the theme “Alpine”, which will be reflected in both the cheeses selected by Paxton & Whitfield and the wines chosen to match by us.  We will therefore be selecting and marrying a range of fine wines & cheeses from the mountainous areas of Northern Italy, Switzerland and Austria!  Tickets for this are charged at the bargain price of just £15 per person, so contact us at Vinology by phone or email to book your spaces for this exciting new event.  We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Queans Food & Wine Evening: "A Taste of Spring"

This is an event that we’re very excited about.  For one night only, on Thursday 1^st March we will be heading over to Queans on Dormer Place to host an evening of fine food and wine.  For this event, chef and proprietor Laura Hamilton will be designing an exclusive set menu to which we will be matching with specific wines chosen to harmonise with each individual course.  The chosen theme will be “A Taste Of Spring”, which will be reflected in both the menu and the chosen wines.  This event will start at 7:30pm.  Total cost including all food and all wine is just £45 per person.  We recommend booking this one early as we expect it be a popular event, so give Queans a call directly on the number below to secure your booking.  We look forward to greeting you then for aperitifs on arrival.
